Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Shree Datta Bhel, we value our business relationships and strive to ensure smooth transactions for all our franchise partners. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Below is our detailed Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shreedattabhelich@gmail.com or call +91 7875397711 with your order details.
- Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during the transaction.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund Policy below.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the products received are damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order that does not match the items on your invoice, we will provide a refund or replacement.
- Product Shortage: If the quantity delivered is less than what was ordered, a refund will be issued for the missing items.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at shreedattabhelich@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Photos of the damaged/defective product or incorrect items (if applicable)
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products once delivered unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be provided if incorrect shipping information was provided by the franchise, leading to non-delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the claim and get back to you within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. This includes UPI, card, net banking, or wallet payment methods.
- Refund Timeline: It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via the following online payment methods:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
No cash-on-delivery (COD) options are available. All payments must be completed through our secure payment gateway.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt via shreedattabhelich@gmail.com.
- Include the order ID, product details, and photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
- If a refund or replacement is approved, we may arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
- In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the damaged product rather than returning it, depending on the circumstances.
7. Amendments to Orders
If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., change of products, quantity, or shipping address), please contact us immediately after placing the order. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
